A Dental Lab RX Form, short for "prescription form," is a crucial document used in dental practices to communicate specific instructions and requirements from the dentist or dental specialist to the dental laboratory. It serves as a detailed order form for the fabrication of custom dental prosthetics, appliances, or restorations, such as crowns, bridges, dentures, or orthodontic devices.
In redesigning the Lab Script Form, a concerted effort was made to enhance its usability and aesthetic appeal while maintaining fidelity to the Brand Identity. A significant improvement was achieved by simplifying the layout, creating a better visual flow that guides the user's eye effortlessly through the form. By reducing visual clutter, the form now offers a cleaner and more organized appearance, enhancing readability and comprehension. Text and checkboxes were thoughtfully grouped to improve clarity and efficiency, ensuring ease of use for both dentists and internal staff. Additionally, a more systematic categorization of departments was implemented, facilitating smoother navigation and streamlining the overall process. The result is a revamped Lab Script Form that not only aligns seamlessly with our Brand Identity but also prioritizes user experience, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.
